Zandjan

Zandjan , Which is also called " Zanjan " plain, is located in the central  part of north-west Iran. Zanjan, Abhar, and Khodabandeh compose the townships of this province. Zanjan province is composed of two regions, mountainous and plain. Having some high summits, the mountainous areas encompass the northern regions of Zanjan and the remaining parts of the province are  plains. The hand made carpets, crafted in the little villages of the Zandjan and Hamedan district are Robust, durable, in beautiful and interesting colour schemes. They are made in floral or geometrical designs.
